Dear Bob and family, we were neighbors for many years, and were awed by the concern and energy Cathy showed in ALL she did. She continually challenged us to be better people. We will miss her so much. Warren & Sharon

Cathie was a friend from MGC and also through Longfellow where I was her substitute many times. Cathie also volunteered many hours for the "MGC Follies" in the 1980s. She was warm and giving with a great sense of humor. I liked her very much.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I was proud to work in a team at Wauwatosa Longfellow with Cathy and Ed Mueller. They retired in the same year, and I was honored to deliver their retirement speeches at our end of year breakfast. Cathy was very knowledgeabe in her subjects and very generous in her outside activities. Gary Nevens

I will always remember Kathy as a loving and caring friend to all. I got to know her as a senior in high school when our parish, Mother of Good Counsel, put on a variety show. She was tireless in everything she did and was always available to say YES to whatever the need was. She was also great at getting others to say YES! She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. My prayers of healing and strength to Bob, her loving and devoted husband! Rest peacefully, Kathy! Susie Stoner

When I think of Kathy, I think of all the volunteers that I have worked with over the years, and there have been many. She was by far the Champion of all those that I have recruited and/or worked with in the schools where I was principal, St. Ann's Center, Sherman Park Community Association, and finally, working with Kathy as part of the Interfaith for Older Adults Neighborhood Outreach Advisory Board, the West Side Catholic Parishes Senior Ministry Committee, and the Seventh District Block Watch Council, Capitol West Neighborhood Association, and annual National Night Out Event. And trust me, that was a large number of volunteers. On our side of the City, Kathy was always there for every event, for every planning meeting, and ultimately, the chief cook and bottle washer for all the events. And we'll never forget the Block Watch Council Christmas parties in the Enderis Park Building! She may have been coming late or forgot this or that, but she was there to the end of each event. And always at her side was Robert--smiling, sharing great stories and laughing with all of us, cooking brats, arranging the buns, wiping Kathy's brow and keeping her somewhat calm while picking up all the loose ends. We will all miss her! God speed as you arrange everything in Heaven, Ms. Kathy!

Sending deepest sympathy to Bob and family for the loss of a great and active woman! Kathy was a pillar of leadership and advocacy for the Enderis Park Community! She organized many activities and represented the neighborhood in a positive way wherever she went ! She was active in the Enderis Park book club and she was set to help judge the Neighborhood Halloween decorating contest right up to the week she passed away!! She will be missed by the many people she has touched by her willingness to serve others! Rest In Peace Kathy!

My deepest sorrows to the family. Kathy was an amazing woman and I am blessed for getting the opportunity to know and work with her. I remember running into her many times as I picked my girls up from MGC. Kathy you will be missed and you are loved. The Robinson Family
Shellee Lubus left a message on October 31, 2020:
As the Community Liaison Officer for Milwaukee Police District Seven, for over 20 years, I had the privilege of knowing and working with Kathy. She was there for every community meeting and every district wide community event from National Night Out to Blockwatch Captains luncheons to Halloween Bashes for the Children at District Seven. That was only the tip of the iceberg as she worked tirelessly to make her own neighborhood, Enderis Park, a better place to live as well as her church, Mother of Good Counsel. She always put the needs of the community way above her own health needs and issues. Rest now in peace Kathy, and if there is a block watch in heaven, I'm sure you are a part of it.
Jennifer Gorecki left a message on October 31, 2020:
The world has lost an angel who never stopped fighting to make her community, and all communities better, safer, and more beautiful. My heart goes out to Bob and all of her family. I was fortunate to have gotten to celebrate her 80th birthday with her and a small group of her friends. Kathy always made time to get things done. No matter what. She always said yes when asked if she could volunteer, and I mean always. She loved to get people together and hear all about what was going on in their lives. She was also a teacher so I hope I didn’t make too many grammatical errors or she will be correcting this from heaven. I will miss hearing Kathy’s voice calling to schedule our next girl’s get together and miss her warm smile and bright happy eyes when she greeted you in person. Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to all of her family, Jennifer and Paul Gorecki
