Carol was one of the sweetest ladies I have known. She will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go to her family.

Aunt Carol was unwavering in her kindness and compassion for others always going out of her way to help others. Through all of life’s challenges, she remained one of the most calm, thoughtful and positive individuals that I have met. Carol and Don loved to host gatherings and were very enjoyable to spend time with. They would frequently visit when I was young with Grandma Adele and I later visited them often in Mequon while living in Milwaukee. Carol will be greatly missed but not forgotten!

As her poster illustrates, Carol was a class act. We all have challenges and crosses that enter our lives but Carol remained steady and positive despite losing 2 children. Her faith and hope was unrelenting and as we interacted with her through her last days, she exhibited a peaceful and pleasant calm, no resentfulness, no negatives---just a beautiful smile of one of the most wonderful souls you’d ever meet. Carol’s holy card is titled “The Lady of Perpetual Help”. If there was ever someone who was perpetually receiving and giving help, it was Carol. Carol, you will be dearly missed, but your example of how to live graciously and humbly with hope and faith , will be in everyone’s hearts and minds forever. You are now in peace with Don, Ken and Terry and your parents, Lambert & Adele. We love you---may you rest in peace Amen.

Carol was a kind, loving, fun aunt with a good sense of humor and positive, upbeat personality. She was a great cook and baker. My brother and I really enjoyed her visits to our tree farm up north when we were kids, and having Thanksgiving and Christmas with her and Don when my dad was working in Alaska. The great memories we have of Carol will live on forever.
