Prayers and thoughts from Massachusetts to all the Graves and their families in Wisconsin at this time.
Bobby left a message on July 23, 2025:
When Brenda turned 50, Dorothy Sprong and I (Bobby Landsee) decided we needed to make a movie to document this momentous event. As Dorothy and I approached the midcentury mark we realized what snots we were. We went to Tudor Oaks to secure a room for her. We went to a cemetery and found a tombstone with "Graves" on it and one of us laid down on the ground to see if there was room for Brenda. A trip to Pill and Puff to stock up on essentials for the elderly. We got denture cream, adult diapers etc. Her neighbor, a dentist, came over to discuss dental care as she aged. Dorothy sat in a rocker in Brenda's robe while he presented her with brochures and I filmed from behind. We weren't the only stinkers. Chuck baked a cake that looked like a high hill with a little female figure sliding over the edge. We proceeded to throw the party with the whole church present and show our film. Brenda took this all with the love we "meant" to convey. She was a wonderful friend and a heck of a good sport. We have been celebrating our anniversaries together for 42 years and we loved her very much.

I will always remember Brenda as a beautiful friend and prayer partner to my mom. That wonderful generous friendship meant the world to her. Can’t you see them both rejoicing together right now and singing to the Lord! So thankful she was at United and they had each other. Love you and your family Chuck. Sorry I am not there in person to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. Sending prayers and hugs. Sue
