Entered eternal life peacefully on Thursday, May 29 at the age of 89.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Bernard Horvatin. Loving mother of Thomas (Lynn) Horvatin, Robert Horvatin and Jeannie (Todd) Shepro. Proud grandma of Jessica, Mark, Sarah, and Anna. Caring aunt to many nieces and nephews across the country. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, one brother, two sisters, five brothers-in-law, and five sisters-in-law.

Betty enjoyed gardening, her flower beds, bird watching, nature and the outdoors.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:45 PM. Funeral Service at 5:00 PM.

Mom was always engaged with family and friends. It was important to stay in touch, sending cards or calling family and friends throughout the year. She enjoyed her flowers and taking rides to the local parks enjoying the beauty of nature. Even when things were tough for her, she always wanted to help and live a productive life.
