Barbara Jean Godshall “Barb” (nee Jacobson) Called Home on Friday, January 2, 2026, at the age of 69. Loving wife of Lee for 50 years. Proud mom of Leanna (Ian) Bartelmez and Luke (Megan) Godshall. Cherished Nana of Mataya Godshall and Amalia Godshall. Dear sister of Don (Sharon) Jacobson and Dennis Jacobson. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Weldon and Jeanette Jacobson.

Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin, on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Additional visitation will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park- Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow.

I am so sorry for your loss. Barb and I meet at 88th street school and were friends in Kindergarten until Bell Junior High. We use to do all kinds of acrobatics on the swing set in her backyard. She also loved to play the guitar and we would love to sing songs together. We even signed up for a talent show at one of the camp grounds that her parents would like to spend time at. Rest in Peace Barb!!
