Barbara Jane King

(nee Beck)

Born into Eternal Life on December 19, 2023 at age 82. Beloved wife of the late Robert King. Cherished mother of Michael (Jamey) King and Jason (Colleen) King. Proud grandma of Brendan and Ryan King. Dear sister of Laurie Schumacher. Further survived by additional family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Jane Beck.

Barbara was a long-time employee at Boston Store working in Bridal Registry and Housewares. She was a proud member of Apostle Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir. Barbara loved to travel with family and friends not only in the US, but worldwide. She loved decorating for Christmas and baking cookies during the holiday season. She enjoyed bowling, knitting, summers up north, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI on Friday December 29, 2023 from 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM. Funeral Service at 12:30 PM. Private burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the church.
