Barbara Ann Renner

Barbara A. Renner (nee Rohles) of Streamwood, Illinois, Funeral services will be held on June 12, 2023 at Krause Funeral Home, in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Visitation beginning at 12:00 Noon and service at 2:15 PM.

Born October 12, 1934, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of R. Justin and Florence (nee Pawlaski) she passed away at Westbrook Senior Living/Memory Care in Streamwood, Illinois. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery in New Berlin, Wisconsin. After graduating from Wauwatosa High School, Barbara worked for Wisconsin Bell Phone Company as a phone operator and as a bank teller. On April 11, 1953, Barbara Ann Rohles married Donald C. Renner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They resided in West Allis, before purchasing a home in New Berlin. In fall of 1968, Barbara and Don moved to Palatine, Illinois. After retirement Barbara and Don built a home in Huntley, Illinois. During retirement, Barbara took up watercolor painting and she volunteered at the Huntley Public Library. In 2017, Barbara moved to Westbrook Senior Living in Streamwood.

Survivors include daughters Karen (Craig) Brooks of Arlington Heights and Judith Renner of Warrenville; grandchildren Erica (Annie), Kyle (Hannah) and Tara (Edward) Baron and great grandchildren Wesley and Willow Baron. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Renner, her parents R. Justin and Florence Rohles, her sister Beverly Dinmore and her brother, Robert (Susan) Rohles.
