"The worst two days of my life I was here when I lost my Mom and then 2 years later my Dad. The reasons I was there I'd give a negative billion stars to but the way me and my siblings, and the first time my Dad were treated would be more than 5 stars that are the max. The people there were kind, caring, respectful and added personal "small" details that to me meant so much. I don't live far from Krause, so I drive past it at least twice a week. And when I see it I have vivid memories, and sometimes still cry. But I also remember the truly good people that work there that really cared and did what they could to try to make those two days more bearable to endure. I felt compelled to write this 4 years later because I think of those two days all of the time as I drive by and I never really said thank you. So thank you to the people at Krause for being a help when it was greatly needed. You're good people♡"
