Age 77, of Brookfield, WI died April 2nd, 2015. Bill, loving husband of Marilyn (nee Staat), passed away at AngelsGrace Hospice after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife and his children Bill (Kari) O'Neil, John (Mary) O'Neil, and Kathy (Steve) Tumey; his sister Eileen (Jim) Egan, and his brother Jim (Chris) O'Neil. He is further survived and will be missed by numerous other family and friends.
Bill worked as Asst. Vice-President of Great Midwest Bank since the 1970's where he helped many families get their first homes. Prior to that he worked at the Falk Corporation, he also served in the National Guard and the US Army. He was known for his quick wit and wry sense of humor that kept those around him laughing. Since retiring, Bill spent his time working on his golf swing, traveling, complaining about the Democrats, and spending time with his grandchildren Neil, Liam and Shaye. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, on Wednesday, April 8, from 4:00-6:15 PM, with a Vigil Service at 6:30 PM. A private family Mass will be held at St. Dominic's Catholic Church Thursday, April 9, and with a private burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to AngelsGrace Hospice.
