William “Chuck” Braun

Passed away June 27, 2015 at the age of 84 in his home with family. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Shafer) for 60 years. Deeply loved father of Kari, Steven, Donald and Douglas. Grandpa of Nathan, Kelsey, Taylor, Ethan, Kyle, Justin, Connor, Kendyl, Shelby and McKayla. Great-grandpa of Madelynne, Matthew and Parker. Brother of Anna.

Chuck was a lifelong resident of New Berlin and a great friend to many. He was a graduate of West Milwaukee High School in 1949. He deeply loved his children and grandchildren. In his retirement he loved taking care of his grandchildren especially at the lake house and enjoyed watching them play sports.

Chuck had an easy smile, a welcoming heart and felt at home with anyone. He will be truly missed.
