Of West Allis, WI. Found peace on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the age of 91. Loving husband of Bernadette for over 60 years; father of Jeffrey (Margaret); grandpa of Christopher (Nicolle) Connar and Jonathan Connar (preceded in death in 2007) and other relatives and friends.

Visitation at ST. MATTHIAS CATHOLIC CHURCH 9306 WEST BELOIT ROAD MILWAUKEE, WI 53227 on Thursday, June 4 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00 PM. Private interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery Friday, June 5th.

Walter retired from the Wisconsin Telephone Company after over 40 years of service. Member of American Legion Post #0427 and the Knights of Columbus #524. He was a proud veteran of WWII serving in the Philippines with the U.S. Army.
