Virginia R. Anderson

Virginia R. “Ginny” Anderson age 86 of Brookfield, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care in Brookfield.

Beloved wife of the late Donald. She is the loving mom of Jeff Anderson. Loving grandma of Colton Anderson. Dear aunt of Eric (Penny) and Chad (Lexie) Anderson. Special cousin of Glen (Cynthia) Peterson, Wayne (Andrea) Peterson and Chuck (Mary) Zemlo.

Ginny was born on May 9, 1936 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to the late Frank and Ruth Garnes. After high school graduation she went on to earn her bachelors degree at UW Oshkosh and began teaching. After she retired from teaching she pursued a very successful real estate career.

A visitation will take place at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 12:45 PM. Funeral at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow in Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Following the burial, the family invites everyone back to the funeral home for a reception.

The family would like to express appreciation to the devoted at home care givers Becky, Dean & Stephanie, Sarah, Sarah, John & Ann and Andy as well as the staff at Azura for all of their love and tender care.
