Thomas “Tom” John Suhm, Sr. from North Prairie, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on November 14, 2019 at the age of 81. Tom enjoyed horseback riding, racing cars, and eating ribs while sipping on a Brandy Old Fashion Sweet. Tom was a beloved husband of Joyce (Clifford) Suhm for 51 years. Dear father of Tommy G. Suhm, Jodi Engelhardt, and Patti Bunch (Mike). Devoted grandfather to Casey Carlson, (Maggie), Cody Hendler, (Andy), Alyssa Untiedt (Derk), Tommy Untiedt, Conner Bunch (Carly) and Parker Bunch, proud great grandfather of Wyatt and Sarah Joyce Carlson, Issac and Elijah Hendler. Tom was an amazing brother to the late Bill Suhm, Judy Vlaj (John), his twin brother Jerry (Nancy), John (Sharon), and the late Jimmy Suhm.
He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce, his parents, Alfred and Caroline (Moe) Suhm.
Tom successfully owned and operated Tom Suhm Grading and Trenching for 35 years. He had a smile that would light up a room, a sense of humor that kept you laughing, an incredible amount of patience, an unrivaled work ethic, and a huge heart of gold. We love you and will miss you terribly, but know you are happy and healthy in the arms of the Lord!

Gathering will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM, at Krause Funeral Home 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, WI 53151. Memorial Service at 12:30 PM.
