In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Sebastian School Foundation (where Tom attended grade school) or the Milwaukee Rescue Mission (in memory of Tom’s brother, Mike).
Thomas Cusatis “Cousy” Departed this life on November 22, 2016, at the age of 58. Preceded in death by his parents Dominic and Esther Cusatis and brother Michael. Brother of Michele (Robert Petroff) , Mark (Brigitte), and John (Susan). Further survived by his Fiancée Roselyn Smolej-Hill and Nicholas Hill whom he loved like a son. AlsoContinue Reading

What can one say? Cousy was the best. Cousy took care of my Family for years at the Wisconsin Club and he always made you feel special in some way. Always a neat joke and always a laugh. God bless you Cousy and your Family.

My heartfelt condolences to the Cusatis family. Everyone knew Cousy, and Cousy knew everyone. Many fond memories of a kind, hard working man who loved his profession and was always on the go. A true friend, who would give you the shirt off his back, if needed. In Cousy's words: "Great life. No regrets. Thank you, Milwaukee." I say: "Thank YOU, Cousy." Until we meet again...

I enjoyed working with him and will miss our mutual older adult talks behind the bar. Last I saw him he was smiling happy and excited about a new job and going on vacation. He will be missed by so many. Loved by all. You left quite an impression on the hearts of many. Hope you didn't forget the candy! See you later Cousy. I send my prayers and condolences, wish I could be there Sat. to celebrate his life but I will serve up some drinks in honor of you.

My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your dear loved one. May you find comfort and hope from the Bible promise at Isaiah 25:8 that in the near future God (Psalms 83:18) will eliminate forever, death and the sufferings that it brings. So draw close to God in prayers, lean on Him as you cope during this most difficult time.
