Suzanne Slaby passed away peacefully on Monday, December 15.

She is survived by her children: Andy Slaby Jr. and his wife Jodi, John Slaby and his wife Clara, and Andrea Slaby and her husband Anthony Carroccio; and by her cherished grandchildren Amelia, Emerson, Carissa, and Tony.

Suzanne was the life of the party, with a deep love of music and dancing. She devoted 44 years to serving others as an Emergency Room Nurse at Family Hospital and Elmbrook Hospital (now Ascension Health) in Brookfield, Wisconsin, where she was known for her compassion and heart.

She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Andrew Slaby Sr.

Visitation 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with service at 12:00 PM, on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Reception to follow at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Dominic’s Catholic Church.
