Shirley Kozminski

(Nee Durbahn) Born to Eternal Life on December 20, 2010, at age 84. Predeceased by her husband Ralph and parents Carl and Meta (nee Raasch) Durbahn. Loving mother of Michael (Lynn) Kozminski and Patty Ann (Karl) Damask. Proud granny of Laura (Mark) Perry and Michelle Kozminski. Dear sister of Ranae Peterson and the late Floyd (Mary Ann) Durbahn. Also loved by nieces, other family and friends. Visitation at MOTHER OF GOOD COUNSEL CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6924 W. Lisbon Ave., on Thursday, December 23, at 10AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11AM. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery. Shirley was a longtime communicant of Mother of Good Counsel, where she was a member of Christian Woman's Society. She was also a retiree of UPS.
