Died peacefully at home in Three Pillars on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at the age of 89. Dear husband of Charlotte (nee Menzel), for 67 years. Brother of Joyce Fitzgerald. Brother-in-law of Paul (Bonnie) Menzel and Marilyn Wellsfry. Also loved by many relatives and friends.

Roy was a WWII Army veteran, a member of VFW Gross-Yaksh Post #6498, a Milwaukee County Deputy Sherriff for 24 years, and a long-time member of Henry L. Palmer Lodge No. 301, F & AM and the Wisconsin Scottish Rite.

Visitation at THREE PILLARS (375 Summit Avenue, Dousman WI) on Tuesday, October 21, from 1:00-1:30 PM. Masonic Service at 1:30 PM followed by a religious service. Private interment at Highland Memorial Park.
