Robert H. Taylor

Passed away peacefully Sunday, January 5, 2014, age 87. Beloved husband of June Taylor, formerly Krueger. Preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys. Loving father of Jerry (Linda), Eileen, Peggy (Harvey) and Scott (LuAnn). Kind and caring grandfather of April, Amanda, David, Caitlin, Dannielle (Garrick) and Samuel (Samantha). Great-grandfather of Benjamin, Breanna, Geremiah, Solomon and Emma. Brother of Betty. Uncle of Sandy. Also loved by other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, Friday, January 10, 10:00-11:45 AM. Funeral Service 12:00 PM. Burial Highland Memorial Park.

Bob retired from Heil Co. after 37 years of service. He was the former president of The Wally Byam Caravan Club and the WOW Club. He proudly served his country as a U.S. Marine during WWII where he was awarded a Purple Heart on Iwo Jima. He was also a member of DAV. The family would like to thank the staff of Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center for their care.
