Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. Age 83. Loving husband of Joan (nee Baddeley) for almost 50 years. Devoted father of Jay (Christine) Badenhoop and Carrie (Dale) Grap. Proud grandpa of Josiah, Joshua and Jonathan Grap. Dear brother of Delores DeLay. Further survived by his niece Janis, other relatives and dear friends.

Memorial Gathering at CEDAR RIDGE COMMUNITY, 113 Cedar Ridge, West Bend, WI, on Friday, March 14, from 2:00 PM until time of Service at 3:00 PM. Private interment at Pinelawn Memorial Cemetery.

Dick proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Kansas State University and received his Masters Degree from Northwestern University. He retired from Milwaukee County.
