Died peacefully surrounded by his family Saturday, October 4, 2008, age 74. Beloved husband of Rita (nee Theine) for over 50 years. Loving father of Jeffrey, Gary (Margaret), Dennis (Pam), and Carrie (Ed) Dirk. Proud grandpa of JoEllyn, Juliann, Ben, Trevor, Corey, Meaghan, Rita, Heather, and Laura. Dear brother of Diane (the late Jerry) Dinnauer. Further missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Visitation at ST. ANTHONY'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, N74 W13604 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls Tuesday, October 7, 2008, 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial 6:00 PM. The very Reverend Ralph Gross presiding. Private Interment St. Anthony's Parish Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the American Diabetes Association. Dick was selflessly committed to others through his involvements in the Air force, Holy Name Society, as a scout master and quarter master of the Boy Scouts, church activities, and to his family as a husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He retired from the Falk Corporation after 35 years of service. Your memories will live on in our hearts and souls.
