Richard E. Barbian found everlasting peace on Jan. 23, 2026 at the age of 77.

Richard was a University of Wisconsin graduate, earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration.

He is survived by his sister, Jeanette (Gary), and son, Mark (Karin). He was the proud grandfather to Hans, Elle, and Briella, and is also survived by many other friends and relatives. He is now reunited in Heaven with his parents, Richard and Helen, his step mother, Arlene Miller, and his first wife, Diane.

Richard found love again with Cindy for 26 years. They enjoyed traveling, hiking, biking, and dancing the night away. He was a talented artist, taking photographs and painting pictures, and playing the guitar or the piano. He will be deeply missed but we know he is looking down and cheering on the Brewers.

Visitation to be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Memorial service to begin at 6:00 PM.
