Richard C. Doleschy

Age 85, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2011. Beloved husband of Arlene (Nee Schiedemeyer). Loving father of Thomas (Mary "Sue"), Robert (Cheryl), Judy, Richard (Sue), Michael (Susan), Amy (Thomas) Jamar, the late Mary Elizabeth and James "Jimmy" Doleschy. Proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Dolores (Henry) Nielsen and James (Jeanne) Doleschy. Further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A WWII veteran, Richard served honorably in the U.S. Army. He was an honorary life member of the Erwin C. Uihlein American Legion Post #411. Richard was also a proud member of Brewery Workers Local #9.Visitation in the Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, from 4:00 to 7:45 PM. A Vigil Service will be at 8:00 PM. Additional visitation at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (6060 West Loomis Road, Greendale, WI 53129) on Thursday, November 3, 2011, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM. Internment with full military honors will be in HOLY CROSS CEMETERY (7301 West Nash Street, Milwaukee). Please meet at the cemetery at 12:45 PM following the mass.
