Raymond J. Brussock

Passed away Thursday, July 9, 2009, age 99 . He was born in Milwaukee and graduated from Carroll College and later UW-Madison where he received a M.A. in physics. While serving in the Army Air Corp. during WW II, he met Loraine Koster, also so a Milwaukee native, in Fargo, ND. and they married in 1946. Raymond taught physics in the Milwaukee school system for 30 years and lived in Wauwatosa for 57 years. He later married his good friend Charlotte Sampe in 2006. He will be remembered for his love of family, strong faith and great sense of humor. Raymond was preceded in death by his wife Loraine, brother Walter and sister Linda Rindt. Survivors include wife Charlotte, daughters Jean Haupt, of Medford, OR; Ellen Herbster of Portland, OR; and grandchildren Stephanie and Justin Haupt.Memorial Gathering will be held at ST. JAMES EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2028 North 60th Street, Tuesday, July 14, 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Memorial Service, 11:00 AM. Burial Wisconsin Memorial Park.
