(Nee Tepper) Died peacefully on October 23, 2012, at the age of 70. Loving wife of Peter Shudy, for 41 years. Proud mother of Dan (Stephanie Steger) Shudy. Step-mother of Janine (Gary) Biely. Special "mom" of Tracy Hunter and special "grandmother" of Ryan Hunter. Grandmother of April (Gary) Fleischmann and Brion Christensen. Great-grandmother of Natalie, Noah and Natasha. Sister of Paul (Lesley) Tepper of Yakandanda, Australia; Peggy (Edwin) Luckman of Portland, OR; Carl (Janice) Tepper of Highland Village, TX; and the late Fred Tepper of Fort Worth, TX. Sister-in-law of Roz. Also loved by other relatives and friends.Phyllis was a devoted teacher and musician. She had a passion for service in the Presbyterian Church (USA).Visitation at the Funeral Home on Sunday, October 28, from 4:00-6:00 PM. Additional visitation at FOREST PARK PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 2300 South Sunny Slope Road, on Monday, from 9:00-10:15 AM. Service at 10:30 AM. Burial at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Kenosha.
