I learned as Patty's passing while in Ireland. Yesterday as we made our way around Slea Head loop on the Dingle Peninsula, we stopped at a church in Ballyferriter, where I lit a candle for her. I prayed and I pray that Patty's gentle spirit will continue to accompany all who know and love her.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Patty’s passing. I will never forget that she took a chance on me all those years ago — a decision that helped shape my professional career and gave me the opportunity to work for an organization whose mission I was truly passionate about. She led with such grace and integrity, and I will always cherish the many lessons she taught me throughout my 17 years working with her. Her compassion for people, wildlife and wild places was evident every single day — it was at the core of who she was. Patty was an inspiration to so many, and her kindness, leadership, and spirit will be deeply missed. My heart goes out to her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

What a friend! Since high school. What fun times we shared and memories made. Your wedding was one of a kind! Then, kids. We had those fun times when we had cooking 'competitons'from a box. Had to spin the wheel to see what ingredients we got. So many fun times. Our deepest condolences to James and the girls. Rest in Heaven, my friend. Danell, John & Andy

Patty was a friend of mine from Marquette. We stayed in touch for a few years after graduation and would have dinner together. Then we lost touch. So sorry to hear about her passing. She was a truly great person. My deepest sympathy to her family.

I remember when I met Patty, way back when before they were married. It was at one of Jay's Gallery days. The 3 of us had lunch together and she was still the same peaceful, calm, full of joy person in the years following. She said Happy Birthday to me every year without missing a beat. A beautiful soul that will always be in my heart and on my mind.
