(Nee Gauger) Naomi peacefully went home to her Lord on Monday, October 3, 2011, at the age of 97. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur and the loving daughter of Frank and Ida Gauger. Survived by cousins and other family and friends.As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Naomi touched the lives of many children as a dedicated teacher, in the Fox Point School District, for 25 years. Naomi was an active member of the Fox Point Garden Club and Mt. Dora Garden Club, Champalin FL. She found joy in flowers, birds and preservation of nature. Naomi was a life-long member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Milwaukee Central. In their retirement Naomi and Art spent winters in Leesburg, FL.Visitation at the Funeral Home Thursday, October 6, 10:30-11:45 AM with Funeral Service to follow at Noon. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Naomi's "Family" was extended by the loving care of faithful caregivers from Patty Care In-Home Care Services for many years. Her family extend their heartfelt thanks.
