(Nee Breske) Passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Hospital in Franklin, WI on Sunday, April 19, 2015 in her 80th year of life. Preceded in death by her first husband of 36 years, Thomas Tessier. Nancy was the loving wife of Gary Beyer for 15 years. Beloved mother of Chris Tessier and his wife, Penny. Proud grandmother of Molly and Megan Tessier. She was survived by her sister, Mary Zaleski and predeceased by her sister, Audrey Larson. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Silvia Breske. Nancy is further survived by Gary's sons, Scott (Maria) Beyer and their children Savannah and Brennan, and Michael (David) Beyer.
Nancy was born on December 30, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI and lived her life in Whitefish Bay and New Berlin, WI. She was educated at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where she graduated with a BA Degree in Teaching in 1953 after which she began her life-long quest of over 45 years to better educate children; first at St. Monica's School in Whitefish Bay and then at Clark Street School in Milwaukee. Nancy was a great curriculum planner/change agent at both schools. Nancy was an avid reader, gardener and sports watcher.
Visitation at the Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Thursday, April 23 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Additional Visitation at the Funeral Home, Friday, April 24, from 10:00 to 10:45 AM with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Procession to Wisconsin Memorial Park.
