(Née Maciolek) Reunited with her beloved husband Ellsworth "Ozzie" on December 6, 2013, at age 86. Kind and loving Mom of Pamela (the late Thomas) Clemence, Deanna Everts, Gary (Theresa) Kaszynski, Leanne (Richard) Rajtar, Gail (Scott) Bolen and Carol Lynn (James) Krause. Fun-loving Grandma of Cari (Dale), Scott, Andrew, Daniel, Kathryn, Elyssa, Lauren (Joe), Robert, Madeline, Ryan, Joseph, Joshua, Benjamin (Fiance Jessica) and Jamie; Great-grandma of 5; and Great-great-grandma of 1. Cherished sister of Romaine Knepper. Also loved by other family and friends, especially Blondie and the late Danny. A special thank you to longtime neighbor and friend, Julanne, whose caring nature assisted mom to remain in her "little condo" until the end.

Visitation at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, on Thursday, December 12, at 4:00-6:45 PM. Vigil Service at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at ST. MARY CATHOLIC FAITH COMMUNITY, 9520 West Forest Home Avenue, on Friday, at 11:00 AM. Procession to Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials appreciated to the American Heart Association.
