Found peace and rejoined her beloved husband Robert F. "Bob" on May 25, 2015, age 100. Loving mother of Mary A. (the late Thomas E.) Hoelscher, Barbara J. (Ned) Consigny, Janet M. (E. James) Bergmann and Betty S. (Mark W.) Cannon. Proud grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 24. Preceded in death by her parents John A. and Olga (nee Raddatz) Naffin, sister Gertrude and brother John. She assisted her father in his contracting business with accounting and office management, and was then hired by the Horicon State Bank during the Great Depression. Mildred graduated from Horicon High School in 1932 and was married at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church in 1936. She moved to Elm Grove in 1940 and made that her home for 62 years. Mildred also spent many years enjoying their summer home in Three Lakes, WI. She and her husband were charter members of Elm Grove Lutheran Church, were members of the Wisconsin Club, Bluemound Country Club, and Western Racquet Club. Mildred was also active in Elm Grove Women's Club, and the Twentieth Century Club. She was an avid collector of antiques, recipes, inspirational books, cartoons and quotations. She was a beautiful seamstress and enjoyed fashion and needlepoint.
