Born into Eternal Life on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the age of 51, Mike was a loving husband to Missy for 25 years and a devoted father to Michael and Taylor. He was the beloved son of Jill Witting (Bill), William Baum (Cheryl), and the dear brother of Jeff Baum, Kristy Baum and Erin Baum. Mike was also a dear uncle to many nieces and nephews and was deeply loved by many extended family members and friends.

Born in Sturgeon Bay, WI, he graduated from Pewaukee High School, where he met the love of his life, Missy. A skilled and creative stone mason, he spent over thirty years in the trade. A natural athlete, Mike had a passion for golf and baseball, playing with Pewaukee Land of Lakes. His talent even led to an invitation to try out for the Chicago Cubs. Mike also enjoyed cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Mike, you will always be loved, remembered, and missed.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Mass to follow at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Drive, Hartland, Wisconsin from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will take place at 6:00 PM, at Mugshotz Bar & Grill, W270N2793 Elm Avenue, Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
