Went home to God on September 6, 2013, at the age of 49 after his courageous battle with brain cancer. Beloved husband of Diana (nee Bock). Son of the late Joann (Gerald) Shilling. Proud father of Mitchell. Deeply loved by many other relatives and friends.

Celebration of life at HALES CORNERS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 12300 West Janesville Road, on Friday, September 20, from, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Service at 2:00 PM. Memorials appreciated to the American Cancer Society or the Vince Lomabardi Cancer Center of Aurora St Luke's Medical Center. A special thank you to Dr. George Bobustuc, Medical Director of Neuro-Oncology at Aurora Cancer Care and the staff at Heartland Hospice.
