Reunited with his beloved wife Phyllis on May 9, 2023, at the age of 86. Dear cousin of Bonnie (the late Daryl) Pfister, Tom (Sukee) Pfister and Roger (Sue) Pfister. Loving Godfather of Lisa Reed, Melanie Gaido, Carole Kozminski, and Bill Morawetz.

Mel greatly appreciated all the love and support from family, friends and neighbors over the many years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at St. Peter – Immanuel Lutheran Church, 7801 West Acacia Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM, with a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
