(Nee Clark) Passed away after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease on Saturday, May 14, 2011, age 81. Beloved wife of Chuck. Dear mother of Charlie (Annie), Kimberlee, the late Scott (Carol) and David (Sue). Loving grandma of Stephanie, Chris and Heather.
