Lucy E. DePons “Nellie”

(Nee Rice) age 90, was Born to eternal life at home on Sunday, February 27, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Loving wife of 53 years to the late Gordon J. DePons. Mother of Celestine (Joseph) Fitzgerald, Marcia (the late Donald) Buraczynski, the late Gordon E. (Sandra), Lorraine DePons, Robert (Marcia), Lawrence, John (Patricia), Mary Alice (Richard) Krueger, Gerard, Richard (Angela Obst), LuAnne DePons, and Paul (Sophie). Sister of Ruth Maegli, Marcia Klein and Ann Kuxhause.She led a faith filled life as an active member of Father Kentenich's Schoenstatt Pioneer Group. She was received into the Apostolic Movement as Associate Member of the League on May 16, 1971. She was also a member of Saint Anthony Parish, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin for 50 years. Nellie leaves a legacy of unconditional love that will be passed down for generations. She is an inspiration to her 12 children, 34 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Visitation at ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH, 12700 W. Howard Avenue, New Berlin Thursday, March 3, 10:00"11:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11:00 AM.
