Lucile E. Peters

Born into Eternal Life Wednesday, April 7, 2010, age 95. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Sylvester. Fond mother of Mark (Marjorie) Peters. Proud grandmother of Julia Peters, Valerie (Joseph) Rizio and Cecily Peters. Further survived by many friends at Alexian Village.Memorial Gathering at ALEXIAN VILLAGE, Chapel of the Holy Spirit, 9301 N. 76th St., Saturday, April 17, at 10 AM. Memorial Mass at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alexian Village Scholarship Fund are appreciated.Lucile was born in Milwaukee on February 15, 1915. She was a proud 1936 graduate of Milwaukee Downer College. She taught at high schools in Edgerton and Two Rivers before coming to West Milwaukee High School where she taught English and German for 22 years. She retired in 1973. She and Sylvester were married for 59 years until his death in 1999. Lucile was a long-time member of Christ King Catholic Church. You were loved by your family, a friend to many and will be dearly missed.
