Entered eternal life June 28, 2015 at the age of 98. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth Lynne (Boldt) and loving daughter, Kim (Loper). He is survived by Granddaughters Melinda (Kahli) Smith, and Amanda (Steve) Gibson, Great-grandchildren Kimberly, Aidan, Cameron, and Zander. Son-in-law, Mark Loper (Karen). Entered eternal life June 28, 2015 at the age of 98. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth Lynne (Boldt) and loving daughter, Kim (Loper). He is survived by Granddaughters Melinda (Kahli) Smith, and Amanda (Steve) Gibson, Great-grandchildren Kimberly, Aidan, Cameron, and Zander. Son-in-law, Mark Loper (Karen). Grandsons Justin, and Joseph, and Granddaughter Jacqueline. Sisters, Janette Altschafl (Frank), Gloria Kraft (Walter) and special nephew, Rick Hansen (Fran). Also preceded in death by brothers Harry, Gerald (Dorothy) and Russell (Gloria) parents Harry and Melinda Hansen. In addition, Lee is survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Lee was a veteran of WWII who served overseas in the U.S. Army as Tech. Sgt. He was also a 65 year member of Painters Union Local #781, and a retiree of First Wisconsin Corp.
Lee was a gentle, loving and dedicated husband, devoted father and proud grandfather and great-grandfather. He was well-loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Visitation at the Funeral Home Wednesday, July 8th 4-8 PM. Funeral Service at HOLY TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH 11709 W. Cleveland Ave. West Allis, WI. Thursday July 9th 10 AM. Entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
