There are not enough words to express our deepest sympathies on the passing of Kenneth Arthur Nelson to Mary Ellen, Will, and Vicky. Ken was truly a ‘sweetheart” of a man, and one filled with the best sense of humor ever. Having known Ken and Mary Ellen for over 50 years, there are memories galore, with the best being our wedding, their wedding, the birth of Will and Vicky, parties, family get togethers, Neil Diamond, the Temptations, and Ken’s infamous meeting with Dolly Parton at the Fireside, alongside Diana Ross, Liberace, and Elvis. Ken will ALWAYS be with his family - every moment of every day, because he was a loving, devoted husband and father. God Bless him, and may he rest in peace. He will be in our hearts forever!

My most sincere condolences to the entire family but especially Mary Ellen. I always enjoyed Ken's humor and smiles every time we met. I wished he had "stuck" around longer. Ken will be missed by many.
