Cherished grandfather of Morgan, Bryce, Tyler, Michael, Jennifer, Andrew and Jacob. Further left to mourn his passing countless friends, relatives, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn (Hren) Restivo, step father Sebastian (Busty) Restivo, brother Michael Hren and step brother Robert Restivo. Visitation at the funeral home Sunday Today, January 19, 2009, 6:00-8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, January 19, 2009, 10:00 AM at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 16000 West National Avenue. Entombment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Joe was retired Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Circulation Manager for thirty four years. Also tenured new construction home expediter for Don Belman Homes and special friend to Don and Carol Belman. He enjoyed twenty years of fishing in Canada with close friends and served as the Official New Berlin West High School scorekeeper for fifteen years which he enjoyed immensley. Special Thank you to Froedtert Palliative Care nurses Sandy and Margaret for their concern and compassion. Also a huge thank you to Julie and Vitas Hospice home nurses Beth and Jackie. You truly are angels sent from God and in-patient staff too numerous to mention by name. You have perfected the art of patient care and we are eternally grateful. Memorials appreciated to Holy Apostles School, St. Bernards School or Marquette High School. Joe's Legacy of compassion generosity and kindness to all will never be forgotten.
