Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his brothers Henry Jr. and Robert Hicks. Born February 4, 1960 in Mississippi to Beatrice (nee Hood) and Henry Hicks.
Visitation at the Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Sunday October 5 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Additional visitation on Monday, October 6 from 11:00 to 11:45 AM with a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Procession to Calvary Cemetery. Memorials for Johnny's future education appreciated. Special thank you to Dr. Kiran Turaga, his nurse, Deb and the staff at Horizon Home Hospice – Megan and Chaplain Eugene.
Johnny was the family comedian, he always had us laughing. He had a passion for old school skating and music, playing pool, driving fast cars and casino trips. He became a small business owner helping people in need of shelter and mentorship. Johnny will always be loved, remembered and dearly missed.
