John H. Breuer

Of Hales Corners, WI. Died Friday, June 10, 2016, at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Jane (Swinson). Dear father of Richard (Lora) of West Allis, and the late John W. (Darlene) Breuer, of West Milwaukee. Grandfather of Catherine, Henry, Kelly, Karen, Matt, John and their families. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Born June 1, 1922 in Fort Atkinson WI, the son of John M. and Sylvia Breuer. Married on June 15, 1946 to Dorothy Mepham, who preceded him in death on March 25, 1988.

A 1940 graduate of Fort Atkinson High School, he enlisted in the Army Air Force in 1942, serving 2 years in Italy. A 1949 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, School of Business. He was employed for 35 years in the Treasury Department of Wisconsin Electric Power Company.

Visitation at Calvary United Methodist Church of West Allis, 3177 South 107th Street, on Saturday, June 18, 2016, from 10:00AM – 12:00PM. Service at 12:00PM. Military Honors to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Calvary United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
