Bruce passed away on January 18, 2014, at the age of 63. Beloved son of the late John and Maud Rice. Dear brother of Robert (Mary) Rice, Dr. Jacqueline Rice, special uncle to Lynne (Joel) Schaefer, Elizabeth (Greg) Krome, Joanna (Jared) Vick, Kari (Troy) Huebner, Kristin (Mark) Batcheck, John (Mylynda) Koener, and Glenn (Anne) Marzluf, and families.

Bruce worked many years at the Waukesha Training Center and lived in New Berlin with his parents until his mother's death in 1998. Bruce enjoyed basketball, bowling, bocce ball, the 50's and 60's music, trading cards, travel, and visiting with family and friends.

Bruce was a very special guy and will be missed by all who knew him. Bruce loved life and loved people, this was evident by the smile he always greeted you with. We would like to thank all of Bruce's friends for their thoughts and prayers and especially the staff at St. Coletta, Padua Heights of St. Coletta, Care Wisconsin, and Rainbow Hospice for their loving care.

Visitation Thursday, January 23, from 11:30AM until the Time of Remembrance at ST. COLETTA CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, LITTLE FLOWER CHAPEL, N4637 County Rd Y, Jefferson WI. Time of Remembrance at 1:00PM. Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial at Holy Apostles Cemetery, New Berlin, at 10:00AM on January 24, 2014. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Coletta of Wisconsin or Rainbow Hospice Care.
