Passed into Eternal Life Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Carole, (Nee King) for 44 years. Loving father of Christopher Simpson and Christina Pena. Warmhearted brother of Richard (Susie) Simpson and Joy (John) Rudisill. Caring uncle of Jacob, Katy, Betsy and Kara. Also loved by many dear friends.

Joel was an active member at St. Therese Catholic Church.

Visitation Monday, February 2, at ST. THERESE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 9525 West Bluemound Road. Milwaukee, 9:00-11:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
