Dear Carol & family, My prayers are with you upon the passing of your wonderful mother. Your mom was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. I recall being in your home when you were a student at Pius XI high school. It is our faith that summons us to believe that your mom‘s “life is simply changed not ended. I hope that aspect of our faith strengthens you during this time. I hold you all in prayer. In the Risen Christ, Fr Marvin T Knighton
Joseph Zidek left a message on October 2, 2025:
I never saw grandma without a smile on her face because being with family brought her more joy than I understood for most of my life. I will always remember visiting her as a kid, playing with all the toys in her living room that she kept for decades so that her grandchildren could use them. I will remember the calls I would get every year without fail on my birthday and all the holiday meals spent in her kitchen surrounded by family. She truly was the cornerstone of the family and always brought everyone together, making us all feel warm and welcomed in her home. Her unwavering faith will always be an inspiration to me and while her body may be laid to rest I know her soul is now reunited with her husband and children that she loved dearly.
