Passed away peacefully at home, on May 6, 2019, at age 79. Loving husband of Karen. Loving father of Jimmy (Jennifer) Ward and Lynn (Jeff) Ward. Proud grandpa of Kyler Ward, Alex Ward, Heather Ward; and great-grandpa of Bailee. Brother of Nancy Greenwood and Johnny (Joanne) Osowski. Also loved by his niece Debbie, other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Jim loved his popcorn business, Great American Popcorn Wagons, and he loved making signs. He was a proud veteran of the US Army.

Private services will be held.
