June 29, 1957 – May 21, 2024
Jeffrey Lang Kemp, age 66, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2024 after a long illness and complications of cerebral palsy. He was born June 29, 1957 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Jessie and Eleanor Kemp.
Despite being born with cerebral palsy, Jeff lived his life to the fullest and had kind words for everyone he met. As a lifelong resident of Milwaukee, he was an ardent Brewers, Bucks and Packers fan. He attended Frederick J. Gaenslen School and the Milwaukee Center for Independence. Jeff enjoyed camping with his family at State and National Parks as well as activities through Easter Seals, especially summers at Camp Wawbeek in the Wisconsin Dells.
Jeffrey is survived by two sisters and their husbands, Belinda and Phillip Grigg and Suzanne and Ralph Primus; brother-in-law Brian Cieslak; nephews Corey, Kenyon, and David; nieces Amy, Morgan and Holly; plus eight grand nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his parents and sister, Wanda Cieslak.
The family is grateful for the kind and caring people who have helped Jeff on his journey, especially those at J and T Helping Hand Services.
Visitation from 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM, followed by service at 6:00 PM, on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin.
