Jeanette A. Janz

Jeanette A. Janz, of Milwaukee was born to Eternal Life April 1, 2023 at age 93. Jeanette was an amazing mother, wife, aunt, and friend to so many people. She is survived by her Nephews, John (Kathy) Piering, Ronald (Linda) Hertig, Michael (Debra) Hertig and Niece, Linda Parker. Jeanette will also be missed by her 11 Great nieces and nephews and many friends.

Jeanette enjoyed many things in life, she was a dedicated member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Traveling to her lake house on Fox Lake with her beloved pup, Blue. Spending time with her family and playing games. And of course her word searches. Jeanette and husband Red owned two Coast to Coast Hardware Stores in Muskego & Hales Corners. Jeanette retired from Kohls Department Store after 25 years.

Preceded in death by her loving husband, Willard Janz and dear daughter, Diane Janz; sisters, Jean Piering and Joyce Hertig; brothers-in-laws, Kenneth Piering and LeRoy Hertig; parents, Alice and Walter Taron.

A special Thank You to Jesse Piering, whom she referred to as her “Angel on Earth” for the outstanding care, compassion, smiles and laughs throughout the past few years.

Visitation Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin from 10:00 AM until time of Service at 11:00 AM. Interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park.

Thank you to the staff at Froedtert Hospital and Horizon Hospice for their loving care of Jeanette.
