Janet Louise Grady

Grady, Janet Louise (nee Reidemann) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 26 2023, at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Thomas Grady. Dear mother to Carol Flores (nee Grady). Cherished stepmother to David Grady and Susan Wolfe (nee Grady). Proud grandma to Juan, Isabelle, Aurturo, Carlos, Athena, and Grace Flores. Also loved by brother Rev. Kenneth Reidemann and sister Judy Girtz (nee Reidemann). Preceded in death by parents Walter and Maybelle Reidemann (nee Betz) and sister Joan Hodel (nee Reidemann). Janet will be missed by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

Janet was born in Iowa and grew up on a farm in Vernadale, Minnesota. Janet came to Milwaukee with a friend for a weekend visit where she met her future husband, Tom at a party, and as they say the rest is history. Janet became a dietitian with the Milwaukee School System until her daughter Carol was born. A dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandma, Janet’s family meant everything to her. She will be greatly missed and always loved.

Visitation to be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 11:00 AM, with Service at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
