Died on June 1, 2013 at the age of 21 months due to unknown juvenile diabetes. Little James "Willie" now radiates his beacon of love to his parents, James and Crystal Franz, and his big brother, Seth. Little James kept his grandparents Tom and Jolyda Franz and Peter and Connie Downing forever young. Honored mention and his love is also extended to great-grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, playmates, neighbors and Godparents. Little James was our bud just starting to blossom but in our hearts never forgotten.

Visitation will be at NEW APOSTOLIC CHURCH, 11722 West Florist Avenue, on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, followed by a celebration of James life at 7:45 PM. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park on Saturday, June 8, at 11:00 AM. Memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers, at any BMO Harris Bank under "Our Angel Memorial for Baby James".
