James R. Longhenry, “Jim”

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 21, 2012. Age 70. Loving and dedicated husband of Carole (nee Endrizzi). Proud and loving father of Susan (Jeremy McDonnell) and Jeffrey (Matt Donham). Grandfather of Declan McDonnell. Brother of Laurie Froelich and the late Gerald Longhenry. Brother-in-law of Nancy (Fred) Klabunde. Also survived by beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Funeral Home, Friday, October 26, 10:00"11:45 AM. Funeral Service at Noon. Burial at Pinelawn. Luncheon to follow.Jim was a gentle, caring man with a hearty sense of humor and a love of life. A graduate of Marquette University, Jim was admired throughout his successful 40-year career in management at Western Electric as a man of integrity, fairness, and honesty. Jim and Carole shared many happy years in Milwaukee; Niles, Michigan; Carmel, Indiana and finally at their beautiful lakeside home on Castle Rock Lake in Mauston. Everywhere life took them, they made deep and caring friendships that have lasted a lifetime. Jim and Carole recently honored their 50th Wedding Anniversary with a celebration surrounded by friends and family.
