James M. Kormanik, “Jim”

Passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at the age of 66 years. Son of the late Nicholas and Charlotte (Fluder) Kormanik and Step-father Arthur G. Mohr. Beloved husband of Nancy (Stram) Kormanik; devoted father to his children, Glenn (Heather) Kormanik, Jill (Scott) Fischer and Brian (Katie) Kormanik; proud grandfather to Sarah and Elizabeth Fischer, Allison, Claire, Olivia, and Matthew Kormanik. Survived by brothers Nicholas (Patricia) Kormanik, Richard (Lois) Kormanik and sister, Irene Korman; brother-in-law to Linda (Gary) Bonlender plus nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

1965 graduate of Don Bosco High School; 1970 graduate of Marquette University where he received a BSME Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. Life member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Chapter 4.

Visitation Thursday, June 20, at ST MARY'S VISITATION PARISH, 1260 Church Street, Elm Grove, from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at 12:00 PM. Private Interment. Special thanks extended to Froedtert Hospital GI Oncology and Palliative Care teams plus Horizon Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine, La Crosse Wisconsin Votive Chapel will be greatly appreciated.
